problem with jdk version

Hi, I'm having problems when I try to compile a class wich uses the method

setProperty(String,String) of java.util.Properties. It also doesn't appear

as a method when I type "properties." .

In Tools-->Configure JDKS... I have set the default which comes with

JBuilder which is JDK1.3.0 and I also tried with one from Sun.

I get this same problem with another classes.

Any idea?
