JB5 on NT4: There is no JButton in Design Pallette

I am trying to develop JButton component but to realise that there is no JButton on the Design pallette. It usually should be a button with "OK" on it. Instead what I have is a blank button. When mouse is passed over the blank button it shows "javax.swing.JButton = HelloWorld"

Can someone please come to my aid.
