What does "jar tf c:/jdk/jre/lib/ext/FontChooser.jar" say the jar contains?
(You can cheat and use JBuilder's IDE to browse the contents if you add the
jar to the project pane and then double-click on it to open it.  This will
not resolve the import problem you're having, it will just let you view the
contents of the jar file.)

It should be there.  You will not see lib or ext in the package list, they
aren't packages, they're just the location where the jar is.  Jars are
self-contained and the package list starts inside the jar.

Look inside the jar.  Either the jar file itself is corrupt, or it doesn't
contain the package name you think it does.
