Howdy all!

I am working with a small gui - I have a Frame with a tabbed pane on top of it.

On the first tab, I have a border layout with two panels - one in the centre to
do the main job of the tab and the second in the south to hold some buttons.

My problem is that I have five buttons - when I use a gridlayout with five cells
they do not display properly because the names of the last two buttons are too
long. When I try a flowlayout instead it drops the last button to a second row.

Now I realise that setting minimum size values are only used as suggestions - so
how do I .. mm... suggest.. that java keep my buttons on the one line?
