JavaHelp - problems to navigate with keyborad

I use jdk 1.3.1 and javahelp 1.1.2_01.
I have problems to navigate in the content pane just using the keyboard.
Only the arrow-keys and the page-up/-down-keys are working. But what i want
is the same behavier like it is in JBuilder-Help. Stepping through the links
with the tab-key (highlighted with a red border) and open the link with the
spacebar.
Do i have to use a different ContentViewer?
