It sounds like you started with Foundation/Personal and only applied the
Enterprise license key when you upgraded.  It's part of the Enterprise
install to deliver dbSwing.

If you just updated the license, your About screen and splash screen
will say Enterprise but you still have to install the base product and
the AppServer to get all the Enterprise functionality.
