I have build a tag library based on Sun's I18n classes in their Advanced
JavaServer Pages book. While building the tag library, I had a test jsp page
that used the (unarchived) classes and extracted messages successfuly,
displaying them on the jsp page. Having put the class files and the
taglib.tlds in the jar file, I am trying to deploy this library in another
project.

I have created a test project and made the path to the jar file a required
library. I have put a properties file containing messages into the
WEB-INF/classes directory of the new project. The test project has a jsp
page only. No other classes.

Now the properties file can't seem to be located. The call to
ResourceBundle.getBundle fails saying it can't find it. I'm presuming that
the properties file has to be in the classpath but it isn't being found. I'm
wondering whether there is anything JBuilder specific I need to concern
myself with.

It all worked fine when I was building the tag library itself. As soon as I
bult the jar file and tried it elsewhere it didn't work.

I'm confused... Andrew
