Hi everybody!
Just one problem!
I work on an windows NT system with a NTFS file system.
When I try to delete a file in a directory that have a name longer 8
characters
the method File.delede() return false
this is my code....(I have a directory named SISDepositi that contain a file
prova1.txt)
...
File myFile = new File("C:\\SISDepositi\\prova1.txt");
myFile.delete();
...
when I change the directoty named SISDepositi in SISDep I solve this
problem.
how can I delete a file in a directory with a name longer than 8 characters?
Note that I can read the attributes of file prova1.txt (for instance its
length)
Thanks in advance
Alby
