I went in debug and looked inside the array of locales. Only 2 locales were found (country "" + language "en" and country "US" + language "en"). So I don't believe that's the problem (but I've learned to never say never again ...). Most likely it will be a "English only" JRE (if possible). But how can I find this out ??? How do I know wich languages are possible with the JRE I'm using ??? P.S. Thanks already for the help ... never thoughed it could be such a problem (if I knew, the title of the post wouldn't begin with simple ...)
