From my reading of the Java 2 docs, it appears that there is no way to
preset the printer media source (e.g. upper tray or lower paper tray) when
printing from a signed applet.  Can anyone confirm or deny that?

Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to preselect the printer -- you are
always presented with the default printer on the print dialog.  True?
