Hi,
what is that: I am trying to fit escape chars into my text like this

String Val1 = "my string ";
String Val2 = " is not empty";
String Sep = "\t";

String MyResult = Val1 + Sep + Val2;

When I write this to a bufferedWriter - file, I expect under Windows, when I
open this file with MSWord that the Val1 and Val2 are separated by a
Tabulator.
But this is not the case. I get: "my string \t is not empty"

How do I fit in escape-characters into a text?

Thanks for help.

Klaus
