Hello!

Anybody made experiences with JBuilder4 Foundation?
I have the problem, that the debug mode doesn't work,
although the regular "run mode" works perfectly.
If I try to run the project with "run debug", I'm
getting the error message:

-- Cannot start Java debug process VM --
com.sun.jdi.connect.VMStartException: VM initialization failed for:
E:\jdk1.2.2\bin\javaw ...

I use a jar file as the "starter class".

Any idea?

Another curiosity: if I choose JDK 1.3 in "configure JDKs",
JBuilder doesn't find the main class in my starter JAR.
Only if I use JDK 1.2.2 it works.
I use the VM-Parameter -jar ... for that.
Strange, right?

Best regards,

Bernhard
