Hi Robert,
I do not agree.
Your advice should not work.
Cursor.WAIT_CURSOR is not a Cursor but an (final) int value
describing some fashion of a cursor.
A Cursor is returned by
getPredefinedCursor(Cursor.WAIT_CURSOR);
so one could use
this.setCursor(Cursor.getPredefinedCursor(Cursor.WAIT_CURSOR));
