I am trying to write a filter for a orion web server. According to http://www.orionserver.com Filters are implemented in the Servlet 2.3 specification. In servlet23_PublicDraft1.pdf that I downloaded from Sun, it says the Servlet 2.3 API is part of J2EE version 1.3. It also says to go to http://java.sun.com/j2ee for more info. I went to the Sun site, but I can not download j2ee 1.3. Evidently j2ee 1.2.1 is the latest version available. BUT Sun goes on to say that several vendors have begun to implement the Servlet 2.3 specifiation. WHERE CAN I FIND javax.servlet.Filter? Kinda hard for me to compile Filter samples w/o that class! Thanks, Jason
