 Yes my  JBUILD~1  is directly in C:\   [ not in C:\PROGRA~1\BORLAND\  ]

 It doesn't work :-(


 I suspect JBuilder2's java.exe has a bug where it ignores any ClassPath
 specified in the environment, and always used the same default.
