I'm using JBuilder 3 Standard.
I'm making an "open" dialog box using a com.borland.jbcl.control.Filer.
Everything works fine EXCEPT I can't get it to filter the filenames it
displays. The following code always shows all files (*.*), instead of just
files with my extension (*.tim):
/***************************************/
FilenameFilter filter = new ImportExportFilter("tim");
Filer fileDialog = new Filer(mainInvoiceForm, FILER_EXPORT);
fileDialog.setMode(Filer.SAVE);
fileDialog.setDirectory("C:\\test\\");
fileDialog.setFilenameFilter(filter);
fileDialog.show();
/***************************************/
No errors - it just doesn't work. Can anybody help me?
Also, can anyone tell me how to make Outlook Express not stick 'file://' in
my message whenever I type in 2 slashes!!!
Thanks,
Tim
