I can't seem to get the headers on the JTable to display.  I even
downloaded the SimpleTableDemo from java.sun.com - I get the table but
no headers.  Is there something I'm missing?  The image shown on the
Java website shows that this table should show its headers.

I'm using JB2 with whatever default Swing set comes with it.
