I have a panel as a child to a JCScrolledWindow which is added to a
frame.  When I scroll the panel in the ScrolledWindow there is a serious
flicker problem.  I have set the double buffer property for all panels
to TRUE but this does not seem to help.  I have tried to modify the
paint events for the panel but this still does not seem to help.  Can
anyone shed some lighton how this can be solved.
