The trouble with this approach is that the designer will find the swing classes that jbuilder loaded for itself from swing 1.0.1 . If you use the windows standard color scheme or can stand color clashing dialogs, you can use swing 1.0.2 directly with Jbuilder. All atha I have noticed missing from swing 1.0.2 that is in our version of swing 1.0.1 is the proper lookup of the windows system colors while you are using the windows look & feel. Of course, I haven't tried everthing yet, but I did see improvements in the behaviour of JToobar and JtabbedPane while in the designer when using swing 1.0.2.
