When I'm running my applet with IE 4.01, it cannot find the ResourceBundle
".properties" files (which make it a PropertyResourceBundle object) unless I
set the CLASSPATH environment variable to the same path as the CODEBASE path
in the .HTML file.  I don't want to have to do this for the released product.
Are there problems using the ResourceBundle class with IE 4.x or NN 4.x that
anyone is aware of?  Has anyone experienced similar problems and found
work-arounds for them?  The stuff works fine when the CLASSPATH is set,
otherwise it won't.  Any info. would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
