How do I output text to a file that uses DOS linefeeds  CR LF instead of the
UNIX linefeeds.
I tried using an OutputStreamWriter with the constructor that has a file
encoding type. I used System.getProperty("file.encoding"); in hope that it
would recognize that I was on  a PC running windows, but it didn't work.

Replies are much appreciated.
