How on earth do you restore a minimized window.
I know it either has to be real SIMPLE but I can't
seem to make it happen.

I would really like to know from someone who
has really DONE this in their code.  

I meed to have my Application unhide itself
and pop up when it is ready to notify the 
user of an event.
