TextEdit example not displaying images on buttonbar

When attempting to run the TextEdit example as a stand alone
application (outside of JBuilder) the images on the button bar do not
display.  They show up as "dots" but retain their functionality.  I
can click on them and the appropriate dialog will execute.

I deployed including JBCL, JGL, and "All Others" into a compressed
JAR.

Everything seems to execute just fine -- its just that the images do
not show up.  Any clues, anyone?????
