I want to add a panel to a frame on_mouse_over a button dynamically -
like bubble help.
The Panel should be OVER all other frame Elements, but the buttons added

before are
always on top so i would not see the help text.
Any Idea????

Thank you thomas

(I already implemented a thread, a panel that do what they are supposed
to be done)
