Bare with me as I explain.  In Delphi, both the Listbox and Combobox
controls have a method 'AddObject("stringValue", anObject)', which is
populated from business objects.  What I'd like to do is find a way to
associate an object with a particular item in a list or choice.  Then I can
access all of the specific information for the selected item(s).  I am
currently using the AWT list and choice controls, is there a benefit using
the JBCL controls instead keeping in mind what I'm trying to accomplish?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
