Given that, he needs to configure a Runtime Configuration.
In that configuration, one specifies the main class. 
The JBuilder Help (from Help menu) has instructions on 
how to create a Runtime Configuration.  With the Personal
edition, you only get a single configuration per project.
You may access that configuration via Project menu > 
Project Properties menu item > Run tab in dialog.
