I am running under Windows and want to use the Generic/Text Only driver to
print very vanilla but long reports to a dot matrix printer
as quickly as possible so I don't want to be in graphics mode. The
information in the reports comes from a database; currently, I construct
strings to be printed and then call drawstring() to print the strings.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
