problem when adding log4j lib to jbuilder
#184

Hi,

I just download log4j zip file, and decompress it, copy it to jbuilder X
home,
then set up jbuilder tools->configure libraries, follow the prompt to
complete the setup.

But after these steps, I still can not import log4j classes in editor. The
error message "package not found ..." is given.

Can anybody tell me why, and how to solve it??

Thanks!
Jason

hi,
once added the log4j library created did you add it to your project?
(Project| Project Properties, Paths tab, Required Libraries tab, then
Add... then select your log4j lib

pls configure the libraries in project properties, that is right click
in the root of project navigator, then click properties->required
libraries->add, and add your the library added in tools->configure
libraries. well, that's all.
