Problem using NetCode uuencoding with zip files
#903

I was testing the NetCode IpWorks example component with the Jbuilder
6.0, and when I tried to encode and decode using uuencoding format on
a zip file I had some problems. First I created a text file, then I
zip the file using Winzip. Then I used Encode with uuencoding format
to encode the zip file. When I did the decode of this file and I tried
to unzip, the Winzip encountered problems and couldn't unzip the file.
The Log generetated was:

Dll: C:\Arquivos de programas\WinZip\WZ32.DLL - 17/10/1998 07:00
Extracting to "C:\DOCUME~1\ANDRE~1.VER\CONFIG~1\Temp\"
Use Path: no Overlay Files: yes
skipping: TEST.txt unsupported compression method 65280
error: no files were found - nothing to do

Is there any place I can get an answer for this?

Thanks,

Andre Duarte Veras

This is an issue that was resolved in IP*Works! You can find the
updated build in the trial and registered editions of the IP*Works!
components at www.nsoftware.com/download.asp.
