We have noticed this when the jbuilder\lib\jbuilder.properties file get
corrupted.  The only thing you can do at this point is reinstall.  Be
sure to delete the old jbuilder.properties file.  Also after installing
you should backup the file.  If this happens again, just replace the file
with the backup.
