I recently took the Java Programmer's Certification exam. On the test
was a question asking what the value range is for char types. I know
char's are Unicode values and I know that they are 16-bit, but is the
range 0 to 2^16 or is it like a short and the range is -2^(15) - 1 to
2^(15)?

Thanks,

Steve Sommers
