Does JBUILDER use the CLASSPATH environment variable as part of the project
CLASSPATH? We have a wierd problem. A program that uses Rogue Wave's
JDBTools library works on one PC under Jbuilder but not under another PC
using JBuilder. If we try to run the program under a command prompt neither
program works.
