A problem with no Class

Hi guys,

I am trying to obtain the java.lang.Class object, from within a static
method of that class. Any suggestions?

If not, a much more limited work-around would be to get the name of the
class which is running as the application. This would be the equivalent
of C's main argv[0], which unfortunately is not the same as Java's main
arg[0].

Thanks a lot

John
