Help with Java Lang Error

When I run my jbuilder/java app outside of jbuilder I get the following
error.  Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this problems?


java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: BALS/Working/ODOTMenu/frmMain
        at BALS.Working.ODOTMenu.ODOTMenu.<init>(ODOTMenu.java:17)
        at BALS.Working.ODOTMenu.ODOTMenu.main(ODOTMenu.java:37)
