Dynamic Form Changes

Could someone point me in the right direction? I am trying to
dynamically alter a form in an applet (i.e. if the user clicks a
button, the form changes to reflect their choice).
I would like to be able to switch back and forth easily, so having
multiple forms ala Builder would be nice, but I'm not entirely sure
this is possible.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
