JRE/Classpath problem

Just puchased JBuilder Pro and quickly put together the TextEdit example
application. In the deployment wizard, I specified that JBCL and JGL are to
be included in the archive, which I named TextEdit.jar.

Then I tried running this app on a machine that only has Sun's JRE
installed. I can get the app to run from the command line using:
JRE -CP TextEdit.jar TextEdit.TextEdit

It runs, but the toolbar is gone! The rest of the app appears fine. If I run
test the app from within JBuilder the toolbar is there. The toolbar class
has to be in the jar file, otherwise it wouldn't run, right? Has anyone come
across this? What's going on here? I assumed everything this app needs to
run properly is in the Jar file.
