I am starting to work on an application to display time-tagged data over the web. I have an application that I already developed using delphi to display the data on a Windows platform, provided the data and setup are all on that machine. I would like to be able to allow a user to link to our server, select a data collection site, parameter to observe, and a starting and ending display time, and then be able to see the data graphed on his machine, using his web browser. My question is this: Is Java the best approach, or would it be easier/better to go to Enterprise Delphi for this application. There is a potential to have a large user base accessing this data. Thanks in advance Charles Hahn
