It's still crossposting, which isn't allowed (and is frowned upon even where there's no people to delete them).
Many people read many different forums.
I do Java, C++ and Delphi myself, others do for example Java and C# or C# and Delphi. Some may even do them all.

Those who know only a single language won't be the ones replying to you anyway as they won't have anything to contribute.
