Hi...

I try to create an application, in which, from a main window the user
will be able
to open several windows and play with the database.

I create an application using the application wizard. I added
QueryDataSet and Database
components in the main window and a Grid to control the data.

Everything OK. The program runs with no problems.

So.. I created a new frame window that will be used as a child window.
I added the database and the QueryDataSet components and also the Grid
control.

I place the same query in the QueryDataSet and then I try to open in
using the following code:

  Frame1 l_Frame1 = new Frame1();
  l_Frame1.validate();
  l_Frame1.setVisible(true);

OK, it opens.

But I am getting the message:

java.lang.NullPointerException

But in the designer, it works OK.


I noticed that in the exception occurs after the JbInit.
So, if everything in JBInit are OK, (the debuger show me nothing)
why is this happening?

What I am missing?
