Hello, I am using JBuilderX, Enterprise edition. I am creating an executable version of my application using the Native Executable Builder. When I try to run this .exe file on a PC that has no Java installed, the following message appears: "Unable to find a Java Runtime. Please download and install a Java Runtime from http://www.borland.com/jbuilder/resources/javaruntime.html". It seems that this message is somehow created by JBuilder when creating the .exe. Obviously, the suggested link is no longer valid. Anyway, I would rather create such a message myself, where I could provide the user with the official download page of Sun. Is there a way to overwrite this? Thanks, Katerina

Is there a way to overwrite this? It's built into the executable that JBuilder creates and probably can't be changed, short of using a binary editor and replacing the string yourself. -- Kevin Dean [TeamB] Dolphin Data Development Ltd. http://www.datadevelopment.com/ Please see Borland's newsgroup guidelines at http://info.borland.com/newsgroups/guide.html
