We worked with JBuilder 1 thru 3 and were very unhappy with all of the bugs
we encountered ... we now want to revisit JBuilder since we have a
Blackberry app we want to pursue ... is JBuilder a good (or the best
alternative) for developing such an app? I realize this is a very general
question but we will need to purchase the latest version of JBuilder and do
not want to do so because of the expense involved if there is a better way
... thanks, LL

Well, first of all, you can download an evaluation version. I think you
get a month's trial with the activation key they send you, so there's no
risk of paying for something you don't like. You can get it here:

Second of all, yes, JBuilder supports mobile development. I haven't done
any myself of late, but my understanding from others is that it works
quite well.
