Some times the Designer can get a bit out of sync with itself
or the underlying code, or something.  Run JBuilder from the
command line using bin/jbuilder.exe with the -verbose flag
to see if exceptions are being thrown.  It may be necessary
to save and recompile the file in question, and then reopen
the Designer and make your changes.  If that doesn't work,
restarting JBuilder will, but that's a bit costly in terms
of time.
