Yes, you are missing exactly what was discussed in those
articles.  Please take the time to look at them.  All
you have to do is apply the principle in those articles.
The only difference is that you are not changing the text.
Conceptually it's the same whether there's dynamic update
or not.  It's a threading issue, and those articles will
prime your thinking to deal with it correctly.
