Does JBuilder have HTML editor?

Does JBuilder come with a HTML editor? If not, does Borland have one?

I currently use Claris Hompage which is good for doing tables and setting up
stuff initially but has the anoying habit of making arbitrary changes to
your source code, inserting unwanted paragraphs, etc. So I end up using a
text editor eventually on just about everything.

What I'm looking for is something that is drag-and-drop but that leaves your
source code otherwise alone.

Hope this is the right place to ask this.
