Searching on lightweight at the Javasoft site should get you to the articles where they talk about making round buttons, etc. Not the most efficient search, but I don't have a link I can post. -Rich Tom Walker wrote: > > Anyone know how to "jazz" up the appearance of JButtons? > > I'm not trying to add images (I know a lot of past messages have been > devoted to this topic). > > I'm trying to add the 3D look of Inprise's ButtonControl to the JButton. > > We bought some awesome looking "puffy" buttons from Protoview, but they're > heavyweights, and we're going completely Swing now. > > tia, > Tom -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Rich Wilkman Senior Quality Assurance Engineer Borland JBuilder Team If you see something that looks like an opinion up there, it's mine and mine alone.
