Hi. The treemodel has a method 'reload', but I shouldn't use that, cause it can collapse some nodes. Try to use the 'insertNodeInto' method in the DefaultTreeModel class. It updates the tree automatically. / Simon Papadomichelakis John wrote in message <35E07902.11A192F3@freemail.gr>... >How can I refresh a JTree compoment? > >All I want is to to make the newly added node to appear to the tree. > > >-- > >Papadomichelakis John >"Unite for Java! - http://www.javalobby.org" >__________________________________________________ >email : michelos@freemail.gr >TEL : 30 31 758 429, 30 31 709 796 >__________________________________________________
