When I use "null" (instead of CardLayout, XYLayout...) as the layout of
a JDialog, then when I run the program the Dialog size is 1 (I have to
change it manually in the design editor). The pack() call doesn't work.

I want to place the Dialog components in the position I want to. That's
why I don't want to use a layoutManager. But using null has that
problem. Any solution?
