I managed to pass these errors by moving all FIX JARS provided with 
JBuilder.

Open JBuilder.config file. There is a set of addbootpath lines where fix 
jars are provided for different pars of the JDK.

Of course there is many other error messages displayed in the console 
but at least IDE becomes visible.

For example projects that contain Enterprise modules can't be open. 
There is some Abstract error messages.

If CodeGear can provide us with updated IDE that can run on top of JDK 
1.6 this will be great. I'm sure the speed improvement in some 
situations will be above 10%.
