I don't know if there is, but there really should be, especially with
the advent of VdB 7.0, which is more SQL-centric in certain areas.

In the meantime, sounds like you need a SQL tutorial to get you
startedl  The help file tells you what things are supported, but it also
assumes you already know SQL.  There are some SQL tutorials on the
'Net.  You might run it by your favorite search engine.  And of course
there are numerous books on SQL at the local Megastore....
