Thanks for the help.I do apologise if I am offending protocol. I don't mean
to do so and it is unintentional and through ignorance. I am more than
grateful for the efforts and help that you chaps give.

I corrected the syntax but found that the filter working on the rowset
removes only one type of completed transaction ie Invoices but leaves
others which are marked as Paid in the rowset.
